WHO ARE WE? 
WOWGIRLS Wave of Wisdom is about connecting women through fun, friendship and exploring life's potential.
We're a not-for-profit community association (initiated on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia), promoting and facilitating  services and programs for women’s personal growth, health, and wellbeing.

 
OUR AIM IS TO:
  • Create a desire and opportunity for active, healthy lifestyles
  • Support and develop individual gifts and talents
  • Enable greater connections for women
  • Promote and support preventative health and mental health initiatives
  • Cultivate a sense of belonging and community
